Staying at this hotel was a pleasant experience overall. The rooms were very spacious and comfortable, with lovely accents but could be noisy due to the bar below. The views overlooking the vineyards were stunning, offering a serene atmosphere for relaxation.

The service was below my expectations. From providing inaccurate information to untrained staff, and impolite behavior, there were several issues. Witnessing staff brushing teeth in the public sink was also unsettling. While basic amenities like room service and valet parking were available, the overall service experience was disappointing.

The location had its charms being amidst vineyards and offering a picturesque view, but the ongoing construction work was disruptive at times. Despite this, the proximity to renowned places like Maison Fleurie and Solage Resort and Spa made it convenient for exploration.

I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The location was fantastic, with breathtaking views of the vineyards and a reasonable price for a vineyard view room. However, the noise outside our room late at night was a downside, and the burnt bacon at breakfast was disappointing.
